Styrofoam In Landfills Styrofoam Or Paper On A Budget?

Styrofoam or Paper on a Budget? - styrofoam in landfills

I work for a large hospital that you use plastic cups and hinged lid containers to go. Currently, recycling, but I'll try to change the minds of my superiors about it. Like any entrepreneur who has to do with costs. Recycled paper or polystyrene recycling?

Please help! I feel like every year we create a landfill with our large cut in pieces of styrofoam. Can my manager is happy to thrifty and still green?

Many recycling companies will not Styrofoam, although you can reuse.

I would be with recycled paper if possible. Although containers, eating, drinking or a waterproof layer, it is not desirable to make recycled paper, biodegradable paper and remains a good alternative to Styrofoam.

It can be difficult to recycle paper cups ... but probably come with a layer of wax or plastic, it is difficult to recycle covered.

Start encouraging your colleagues to do their own cup. Lobby for the cafeteria offers a discount for those who do too. "It is sold in cans of soda? You may ask your administrator to the recycling bins can be disabled. You can even a little money for them. Beginning with the next train, plastic, glass, paper. ..

Keep it up ... You do something good!

or have never studied the possibility of reusable lenses in the other two? either ceramic, glass, stainless steel, or you can make cups of cleanliness and hygiene, little or no waste, use and save money, perhaps because they represented several times over by buying disposable cups, and no need for a trash can, after all.
